A Resolution— To declare the importance of the Catholic religion for Christianity in America.
Whereas America is a Christian nation and empire;
Whereas George Washington, first Founding Father, urged traditional practice of Christianity and forewarned the dangers of its loss: Now, therefore—
Be it resolved by the General Assembly of the Holy Empire of America as follows:
This resolution shall be titled "Objective Catholicism".

The practice of Christianity must be objective, rooted in tradition, substantiated by cohesive and intelligent theological analysis, and confirmed by Catholic doctrine and dogma.

Thus every person's Christian religious beliefs must be based on the tenet of a universal and supreme order, a transcendent and external cosmos, a superior objective reality to which all may be referred. This cosmos shall be construed to be the laws God decreed in creating the world, the universe, and all intelligent and unintelligent beings. The primary basis for comprehending this cosmos shall be the Tradition of Catholicism and Holy Scripture.
