Be it resolved by the General Assembly of the Holy American Empire as follows:

This resolution shall be titled "Nativism".

Section 1.

Nativism is the belief that social policies and political institutions or organizations are to favor native Americans, the interests and lives of Americans that have long been established in the country; especially as opposed to foreign born Americans, aliens, and foreign and Establishment interests. The General Assembly declares that it is the policy of the Holy Empire of America that nativism shall be executed.
