Clearing Space for America First 2028 Candidate
The General Assembly
OPPOSES
this Resolution
A Resolution— To clear a space for an America First presidential candidate in 2028.
Be it resolved as an opinion by the America First Assembly as follows:
Ayes: 1 | Noes: 1
Section 1. Chief Action. We shall vote Democrat in the 2026 November midterms in the House.
Section 2. The Purpose of the Action. We need to clear a space for an America First candidate to emerge in the presidential race in 2028.
Section 3. How the Action Achieves the Purpose. This will interrupt the backward process of the Republican administration, arrest control over Rubio and Vance's momentum, and thereby encourage and secure a competitive Republican presidential primary in 2028, especially in key states like Iowa and New Hampshire.
This will let a far-right America First candidate emerge by securing only a small portion of the vote (as a plurality is needed in the primaries) to show up in the debates; then, speaking the truth of the country, secure the nomination.
Section 4. The Necessity. This plan, though radical, is necessary—the only option–to actually boldly secure America First.
Section 5. Political Target. We will vote Democrat in 2026 in the House, but not the Senate, so that House Democrats can interrupt feckless GOP progress but not pass their own worse agenda.
Section 6. America First Allegiance. We will vote Republican, regardless of what happens, in 2028, or at least will not vote Democrat then. Nothing here should be construed to mean genuine support for Democrats. Rather, this is a strategic move to reform the Republican party by temporarily using the Democrats to alter their constitution and form an opening for a new candidate, who has allegiance to Trump's original 2016 campaign message, for whom we shall vote.
