We Ratify the Constitution As Is

Resolved, by the Assembly of the United Association of America First, That we hereby ratify the Constitution as is that has been put forth by the Founder; and be it further

Resolved, That this Constitution thereby, possessing already the Founder's approval, takes lawful effect upon America First.
