ACT NO. 001-UAAF
AN ACT establishing the fundamental declaration of America First restoration, encouraging the physical relocation and securing of resources, implementing dutiful citizen competency protocols, establishing the lawful headquarters and associative defense apparatus, and designating the seat of the Assembly proper for the United Association of America First.
Resolved, That the United Association of America First hereby adopts the following Act as a standing rule of this Association:
PREAMBLE AND DECLARATION OF CONSTITUTIONAL FIDELITY
SECTION 2. ASSEMBLY FINDINGS AND NECESSITY
(a) The Assembly finds that the maintenance of unwavering and resolute commitment to the principles and doctrines upon which America is founded necessitates the formal delineation of acceptable governance and the articulation of inherent defects in prevailing political realities.
(b) Prevailing political structures characterized by an unconstrained democratic character have demonstrably fostered a condition of soft despotism, thereby subverting the foundational precepts of the Constitution of the United States.
(c) The administrative entity operating within Washington D.C. is deemed lost due to its persistent failure to adhere to the explicit covenants and limitations established within the Constitution, which serves as the sole legitimate source of governmental authority derived from the people.
(d) Recognizing that Article I of the Constitution vests legislative power in a Congress whose authority derives strictly from adherence to the document itself, and recognizing the material deviation of this mandate by existing bodies, this Assembly asserts a firm drive and commitment to restore the state of being of America First, and to guide the United States Government to adhere firmly to her constitutional strictures sincerely, and the people who mandate them.
Chapter I: HEADQUARTERS ESTABLISHMENT AND LIBERTY ASSURANCE
SECTION 4. RELOCATION ENCOURAGEMENT AND FOUNDATIONAL PRINCIPLES
(a) The Assembly finds that true liberty requires dominion over one's physical environment and an establishment of headquarters. To secure these foundational liberties, a strategic relocation is encouraged to associate the population within a place conducive to self-sufficiency and constitutional adherence.
(b) Effective now, all members of the New United States of America are encouraged to commence relocation to the Fairbanks North Star Borough, State of Alaska.
(c) The President shall determine the precise sequencing and logistical protocols for this move, utilizing existing organizational frameworks while adapting methods for efficient execution. We should purchase an acreage in Fairbanks North Star Borough to establish our headquarters.
SECTION 5. LAND ALLOCATION AND SITE CRITERIA
(a) Upon arrival in the North Star Borough, we should purchase a minimum parcel of five (5) acres for the establishment of a homestead.
(b) The parcel should satisfy the following environmental and accessibility criteria: (i) The land should maintain accessibility by road, foot, or authorized light utility vehicle during all seasons of the year. (ii) Parcels accessible solely by protracted water transit, necessitating significant overland travel by foot or utility vehicle from established roadways, are not ideal for allocation. (iii) The terrain should be suitable for permanent domicile construction, possess adequate natural resources including timber, be conducive to cultivation, and offer viable opportunities for subsistence hunting or gathering.
SECTION 6. ESSENTIAL PROVISIONS AND LOGISTICAL SUPPORT
(a) To facilitate the immediate transition, the President should ensure the provision of the following assets for the homestead: (i) Temporary urban domicile within the city of Anchorage, Alaska, for a transitional period determined by the President. (ii) One (1) self-propelled ground vehicle, specifically a truck or automobile capable of traversing established roadways. (iii) Essential implements for construction, site preparation, and immediate sustenance, including manual cutting tools, fuel generation equipment, shelter materials, and basic hand tools.
(b) Contingent upon the accessibility defined in Section 5(b), appropriate auxiliary transport, such as an All-Terrain Vehicle or snow machine, should be provided where deemed necessary by the President for the maintenance of the allocated parcel.
SECTION 3. DECLARATION OF PRIMACY AND LAWFULNESS
(a) This Assembly hereby declares formal allegiance to the Constitution of the United States and to representing the America First people who mandate it.
(b) This body asserts its status as a truthful and faithful association of America, and its Assembly a truthful and faithful Assembly of the people, committed in fidelity to the Constitution.
(c) The first Resolution of this Assembly which further established our lawful primacy to fulfilling the law of nature, and the universal laws which all governments are made to secure, more specifically lists the failures of our current government, and denounces the identified democratic character as the root cause of this, establishing the righteous order of the United Association of America First.
(d) All actions taken by this Association shall reflect the profound and unshakeable conviction necessary to sustain this declaration of faithfulness and lawfulness and the commitment of restoration of the United Association of America First.
