The loss of the importance of the traditional family can be directly traced to the loss of American self-governance. The family is the bedrock of any self-governing people.

The loss of the traditional family has directly led to a cascading rise of violence in the country. The execution of violence for societal ends in America must be condemned, firmly and without reservation.

The importance of the traditional family, as the bedrock of self-governance and civic virtue, must not merely be retained but bolstered without delay.
