Resolved, That it be upheld as follows:
Section 1. The primary fault that has caused the decline of America is over-dependency. The American people as a nation are overdependent on their jobs, their phones, their politicians, and their institutions.
Section 2. What made America strong in the past was individual independence: people living in small towns, hunting their own food, building their own houses, and producing their own infrastructure, resources, and livelihoods within their small societies. This self-reliance made them powerful because distant institutions could not unduly influence them.
Section 3. Those committed to Americanism are moving to a centralized wilderness location in the country to build their own village, town, and city as the Founders and frontiersmen did.
Section 4. This new town, built and supplied with solidarity only by this association, will secure a type of freedom that will restore America first in the hearts of its people, and through it inspire peaceful change across the rest of America.
