Resolved, That it be upheld as follows:
Section 1. It has been decided by this organization that the location for this foundational settlement is the North Star Borough, near Fairbanks, in Alaska, with wilderness territory to be purchased there and lawfully built upon, with gradual expansion into the western and northern portions in Yukon-Koyukuk.
Section 2. No matter how cold or stark the wilderness, this association will tame it and with graciousness and audacity make it its own.
Section 3. This new town shall be a model to inspire, peacefully and through hope, the restoration of the whole nation.
Section 4. The physical conquering and taming of the land of the North Star, and the building of a great town and city, is the first step of a much larger effort. This city must be devout, must be moral, and must cooperate in eternal harmony with the laws of Nature.
Section 5. The mastery required of this association's religion consists of three: mastery of the body, the mind, and the spirit. The settlement of the North Star is the first step, and is meaningless unless it is used to inspire a freedom and providence of mind and heart, which is spirit.
Section 6. Natural law, which is God's law, is how this association will win. This association will do to others what it would like done to itself.
