On Standing Appropriately

Resolved, That the following rule is upheld:

Every member should retain an upright posture when standing with his arms at his sides. The hands may occasionally be kept in the pockets, especially at leisure, yet in all serious or other circumstances the hands must be kept outside of any pockets, at one's side. They shall remain open or slightly clenched, and only with reason should be balled into a fist.
