The General Assembly is for political purposes of prosecuting the nature and order of the Holy Seat of the Holy American Empire; superlatively and uniquely the objectives of the Founding Father. The Founding Father shall have the sole power to propose the agenda (and enforce its provisions), which shall take effect, by and with the advice and assent of the General Assembly. The agenda shall always be in accordance with the laws of the Holy Seat. No resolution shall pass, that does not accord with such agenda.
