Resolved, That the people of America First, having hereby assembled for our first general act, are America First, and are assembled for the intention of representing the supreme and sovereign law of the American people, guided by Nature; that this people declares this through our General Assembly, consisting of those people gathered for the purpose of lawfully and clearly convening for the articulation of the supreme law of the American people; and that we intend to pass all resolutions, now and later, with a democratic vote, firm and resolute, representing the unmitigated law of nature, society, and our culture, requiring the clear and unbridled assent of those present; and be it further
Resolved, That it is the express will of the General Assembly of America First that the Government of the United States exists only to secure the laws of nature, and the fundamental, universal laws which exist independent of men; that human beings cannot positively design a perfect society merely through planning, but instead must let the forces of nature, the spontaneous and common hand of emerging order, and the wisdom pledged to us by our Creator, guide themselves; and that all laws made by any government must accord with these fundamental, emergent laws, as governmental laws exist not to create any law, but to articulate these prior ones in a manner productively intelligible to individuals; and be it further
Resolved, That the entire structure of the federal executive bureaucracy, the overreach of Congress of prescribing all manners of legislation to direct society for a planned, arbitrary utopia, and the fervor among especially democratic or positivist characters is unjust, because it stands in disjointed contrast to the right order of life, instead having as its firm allegiance the notion that one man may know everything there is to know without due diligence in doing; and be it further
Resolved, That the General Assembly of America First hereby denounces the following practices:
First, the current Congressional practice of offloading swaths of its legislative power to bureaucratic executive agencies, which is hereby deemed in violation of the people's sovereign will, who have ordered Congress only to exercise its power of its own, accountable accord; and
Second, the current inability of the President to control the executive branch, and to fire and manage his agencies at will, thus creating a veritable fourth branch of government, which prevents the executive branch from being accountable to the people's elected representative, violates the responsive nature of government that the people have expressly only authorized the executive branch to obey, and allows this branch to wield power it has no right to yield—often a combination of executive, judicial, and legislative functions resulting in grievances where an unelected agency simultaneously creates regulations, prosecutes individuals, hears defenses in a regulatory court, and issues punishments; and
Third, the despotic utopian planning of every aspect of the country, infringing upon the liberty of the people's personal enterprise to produce and attain good life, for the ignominious art of abridging the freedom of every state legislature, municipal body, voluntary association, individual solution, and all other well-founded groups for a distant and inept body to manage it all at their pretended behalf: In one instance, the government sends in grants to states to aid a program, but only if the state meets strenuous and arbitrary criteria unsuitable for its state, dreamt up by a bureaucracy in D.C., with the thinly-veiled message that if the state refuses the funding and criteria for its program, the federal government will intervene and create a federal program for it anyway, in clear violation of the powers reserved to the states which allow for more customized and accountable programs by governing bodies closer to the people, and with the express intent to badger, by unjust political pressure, state representatives into accepting the bureaucratic demands through fear of outcry at refusing funds by their constituency at what some among it may perceive as an eventual coming of a similar federal program at any rate; and be it further
Resolved, That these practices are declared fundamentally unjust and not amenable to the Truth of Society; and be it further
Resolved, That we, therefore, the humble ASSEMBLY of America First, are committed to take action to improve this state of affairs; and be it further
Resolved, That our authority in proclaiming our message thus today stems from our firm allegiance to representing the good American people of these states's sovereign, pre-political will, that same will and authority that authorized the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and continues to authorize all government to do its job today; that we swear that we humbly commit to represent the good people of these states in this declaration here, and that we believe we are accurately and appropriately doing that; and be it further
Resolved, That for rectifying the grievances we have listed, and establishing a better and more appropriate state of affairs for the good American people of the United States, we hereby earnestly ordain the Liberty and Justice of our ASSEMBLY of America First, being made up of individuals and members of families, not corrupt career politicians or those who have strayed; we do truly commit our Assembly to enact a very thorough deliberated course of action in response to these events, to establish the rule of law, popular sovereignty, and our most dear culture; and be it further
Resolved, That it is the mandate of this Assembly here, now, that the United States of America, the whole nation, and all her arms, put herself First; that she be a wholesome nation; that she abides by her Constitution; that she craft, being led by the people to do so, a good soul of herself, and nurture us toward the same; that she obeys the supreme and expressed will of the people as articulated, such as in our Constitution, such as in our hearts, such as we declare; that the current regime has been so unresponsive and deviated from our cultural norms, our checks, our founding and binding contracts, and our direct words, that they are hereby ordered rightfully to put America First; that to enforce this, the President of the Assembly of the United Association of America First is encouraged and supported to inform the United States of America of the pressing importance of putting herself First and remind the Government that all their authority is limited by the Constitution, and derived from the good American people, which they must not betray; we hereby pledge this mandate, and support our President to enforce it; and be it further
Resolved, That those welcome to being ASSEMBLYMEN in the Assembly are all those who are firmly committed and most clearly competent to represent the American people in their original, pre-political will; that those people are hereby invited to our ASSEMBLY of America First to discuss the present unconstitutional state of affairs, and the lawful restoration of the Republic; that welcome are all those firmly pledged to the RULE OF LAW, the resolution of the failures of the Republican party to represent THE PEOPLE, and the desire for a new country envisioned by OUR FOUNDERS; that those interested in assembling are the most competent conservatives, libertarians, and nationalists; but foremostly all who attend America First; that for those who join, they may sign up on our website present here; and that we call exceptional Americans.
